1. Please make an appointment in advance, and then you can get the number according to the appointment information. If there is no appointment ,you will not be able to have a physical examination.(Please make sure all information entered by you is true and correct)
2. Please enter your company name/school name/address carefully in Chinese language.
3. The student who want to take the physical examination free of charge is required to submit the copy of following documents:
• Valid Chinese VISA of one year or more (Only for the first entry student).
• School Admission Letter.
4. The foreign expert who want to take the physical examination free of charge is required to submit the copy of following documents:
• Valid Chinese VISA of one year or more (Only for the first entry expert).
5. If you have completed the entire physical examination in your own country .Please read the following instructions carefully:
• Physical examination results must be provided by domestic public hospitals ,Medical examination results issued by private clinics are unacceptable.
• Physical examination must be done within 6 months before arrival in China.
• Please attach all the original laboratory results.
• Please bring along chest X-ray film（Chest X-ray must be done within 6 months.）
• We reserves the right to repeat full medical check up or any specific laboratory test should there be any doubt in the medical report submitted.
